Installing the Sub-battery and VGA Board
To install the sub-battery and VGA board, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-13 to
4-15.
CAUTION: Be sure to match the colors of the sub-battery and LCD hinge connectors
to their corresponding connectors on the system board. The LCD will not function if
the cables are incorrectly connected.
Connect the VGA cable to PJ302 on the VGA board.

Seat the sub-battery and connect it to PJ503 on the system board.

Rotate the board into place and press to connect the VGA board connector to

PJ16 on the system board.

Install the keyboard, HDD, optional memory module, optional PC card, and
battery pack as described in sections 4.6 back through 4.2.
