Selecting the Auto Mode The room temperature and the fan speed are controlled automatically in the Auto mode. Press the (ON/OFF) button to turn on the indoor unit. (Do not press the (ON/OFF) button if the remote control is on). Result: The air conditioner will be turned on with the mode selected when the unit was last used. -

Selecting the Cool Mode Select the Cool mode to lower the room temperature. Press the (ON/OFF) button to turn on the indoor unit. (Do not press the (ON/OFF) button if the remote control is on). Result: The air conditioner will be turned on with the mode selected when the unit was last used. -

Selecting the Heat Mode The Heat mode can be selected only on the heat pump models. Select the Heat mode to raise the room temperature. Press the (ON/OFF) button to turn on the indoor unit. (Do not press the (ON/OFF) button if the remote control is on). -

Selecting the Dry Mode Select the Dry mode if the room is too humid. Using this mode will slightly lower the room temperature. Press the (ON/OFF) button to turn on the indoor unit. (Do not press the (ON/OFF) button if the remote control is on). -
