    Charging the battery pack When using the camera for the first time, be sure to charge the NP-FW50 “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack (supplied). The “InfoLITHIUM” battery pack can be charged even when it has not been fully depleted. The battery pack can also be used when it has not been fully charged.
  • Page 15 Close the cover. Connect the camera to the AC Adaptor (supplied), using the micro USB cable (supplied). Connect the AC Adaptor to the wall outlet (wall socket). • When using the USB cable, insert and remove it in a straight line and do not exert undue force.

    Attaching the flash When you want to use a flash during shooting, attach the flash device (supplied). Set the power switch of the camera to OFF before you attach or remove the flash. Attach the flash to the Smart Accessory Terminal 2 of the camera.

    Operating the camera The control wheel, control dial, soft keys and touch panel allow you to use various functions of the camera.
