This phone ( SGH-E820) use PWM control to contrast the backlight brigtness. 1.3. Clock Generator The Clock Generator (CG) generates all clocks for internal and external usage.

It is consisted of 128M bits flash NOR memory and 256M bits flash NAND memory and 64M bits SCRAM. It has 16 bit data line, HD[0~15] which is connected to OM6359 and MV317SAQ.
