6 | Manual cooking Manual cooking With the manual modes, the iVario supports you in your personal craftmanship. When selecting the mode, you select whether you want to boil, fry or deep-fry the food. Then you set the pan temperature and cooking time and make all the necessary decisions yourself. This gives you control to ensure the food is cooked exactly as you want it.
