4. Replace the cover. If the radio operates erratically or does not receive strong FM stations, re- place the AA batteries. Replace the AAA batteries about every six months. Caution: Dispose of old batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury them.

USING THE STAND You can use the radio’s stand to set the radio at an angle so you can eas- ily see the display. Simply lift the stand away from the back of the radio and set the radio on a flat surface.
